Brian and Jayne Sankey

Brian was a registered nurse working in a care home and an organis for health awareness days, which included Diabetes and Stroke awareness. He has now taken up a new ooccupation of Landlord of The Chase Pub in Market Rasen.

Brian has been a re-enactor for over 20 years and enjoyed helping run the Templar's Fayre at Temple Cressing Barns in Essex for 9 years. 

Brian was the Steward of The Household, a medieval living history group that shows the workings of a Silk Workers household.

Jayne has been in catering for over 30 years and has a personal bar licence and is one of the leading medieval cooks in the country.

Jayne's latest role in life is the head chef and licencee of The Chase Pub in Market Rasen.

Labrynth Events was formed as a Limited company to enable us to return the Templar's Fayre to Cressing Temple Barns. It will also allow us to use our individual skills to organise other events in the future.
